Terms of sale

1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of downloadable digital products as well as access to associated content offered on the website https://creator-os.io (hereinafter the "Website").

2. Products
The products concerned include, but are not limited to: PowerGrades, LUTs, Presets, Notion Templates, VFX Packs, Export Settings.
The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its respective product page.
Some offers may include updates, under the conditions specified on the relevant product page.

3. Prices and VAT
Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT) for customers located within the European Union.

  • VAT within the EU: For B2C electronic services (digital products), VAT is due in the country of consumption once the annual threshold of €10,000 is exceeded. Below this threshold, French VAT may apply. Above this threshold, the OSS (One-Stop-Shop) regime or local registrations are used.

  • Outside the EU: Prices are displayed exclusive of taxes, subject to the application of local tax rules.

4. Payment
Payment is processed through secure providers Shopify Payments / Stripe and PayPal (depending on availability).
These providers are PCI DSS certified (Level 1 for Stripe). Payment data never passes through our servers.

5. Delivery and Access
Access to digital products is granted immediately after payment confirmation, via download link and automatic email.
Downloads are unlimited in both number and duration.
In case of technical difficulties (failed download or non-receipt of the email), support will be provided after verifying the email address supplied.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds (Digital Content)
In accordance with applicable regulations, the purchaser normally has a 14-day withdrawal period for distance sales.

However, by confirming the purchase of a digital product and requesting its immediate execution, the purchaser expressly waives their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

No refunds will be granted once access to the product has been provided, except in the case of a proven technical defect preventing its use.

7. Support
Technical support is included for certain products (see product page for details).
Indicative response time: within 48 business hours.

8. Use of Digital Products
Digital products are reserved for personal or professional use by the purchaser, within the limits defined in our [Terms of Use / EULA] (link to be inserted).
No license is granted for redistribution, resale, or free sharing. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Mediation and Disputes
In the event of an unresolved written complaint, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator (contact details to be completed: Loris Marie, Promenade de Sévigné, 14000 Caen, creator-os.io, creatoros.pro@gmail.com).

French law shall apply. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, without depriving the consumer of their mandatory rights under the legislation of their country of residence.

10. Proof and Archiving
Invoices issued are kept for 10 years, in accordance with legal accounting and tax obligations.
