EULA – Terms of Use for Digital Products

(No License Granted – No Transfer of Rights)

1. Intellectual Property – No Transfer
The purchase of a digital product (PowerGrades, LUTs, Presets, Notion Templates, VFX, Export Settings) grants access solely to the downloaded file.
It does not entail any transfer of intellectual property rights, nor any license of exploitation.
All rights remain reserved by Loris Photographie.

Use is strictly limited to what is technically necessary to download the file and integrate it into your own projects, in accordance with these terms.

2. Strictly Personal Use (Non-transferable, Revocable)
Access is strictly personal and reserved for the purchaser.

Installation is permitted on a maximum of two devices belonging to the same person.

You may deliver final exported outputs to your clients (e.g., rendered videos), but never the source files (LUTs, PowerGrades, Presets, VFX, Templates).

This permitted use is neither a license nor a transfer of rights. It may be immediately revoked in the event of a violation of these terms.

3. Prohibited Uses (Non-exhaustive List)
It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Resell, share, give, lend, transfer, sublicense, or make the files available in whole or in part, including in modified form (shared drives, marketplaces, bundles, NFTs, etc.).

  • Redistribute the products as-is or in a derivative form (e.g., creation or resale of derivative LUTs or Presets).

  • Integrate the files (or derivatives) into a competing product or resource library.

  • Use the files to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

  • Provide source files to a client (only exported deliverables are permitted).

  • For Notion Templates: reselling, redistributing, or publishing derivative templates is strictly prohibited; use is limited to the buyer’s internal needs.

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, bypass protections, perform mass extraction (scraping), or alter metadata/attributions to conceal the origin of the files.

4. Updates and Support
Updates may be included (subject to availability, without guarantee of indefinite compatibility).

Support is available for certain products (see product page), with an indicative response time of 48 business hours.

5. Duration – Termination
These terms apply without time limitation, as long as you retain the files.

In case of violation, permitted use is immediately revoked without refund.

You must then delete all copies in your possession and cease any use of the files.

6. Monitoring and Traceability
Reasonable anti-piracy traceability measures and download tracking may be implemented, in compliance with the GDPR and applicable regulations.

7. Sanctions
Any breach may result in:

    • Civil and/or criminal proceedings,

    • Claims for damages.
